General Terms & Conditions for Exhibitors – Maharashtra Trade Fair
Organized by Maharashtra Pradesh Maheshwari Sabha, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad)
1. Eligibility & Participation
Participation is open to businesses, organizations, and individuals across all industries. The Organizer reserves the right to accept, reject, or reallocate any application without assigning reasons.
2. Stall Allocation & Setup
Stalls/booths will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to confirmation and availability. Exhibitors must adhere strictly to stall dimensions, layout, and placement as allocated by the Organizer. Stall setup and dismantling must be carried out within the timelines communicated by the Organizer.
3. Payments & Cancellations
Full payment of stall charges must be made before the deadline specified by the Organizer. Cancellations by Exhibitors will not be eligible for refunds. In case of Event cancellation due to force majeure (natural calamities, government restrictions, or unforeseen situations), the Organizer’s liability is limited to refunding stall fees already paid.
4. Exhibitor Responsibilities
Exhibitors are responsible for their goods, promotional material, and staff at the stall. Only genuine, legal, and safe products/services may be displayed or sold. Prohibited, counterfeit, or unsafe items are strictly forbidden. Exhibitors are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness at their stalls.
5. Conduct & Safety
Professional conduct and discipline must be maintained at all times. Noise levels, sound systems, and activities must not cause disturbance to other Exhibitors or visitors. Exhibitors must comply with all fire, electrical, and safety guidelines.
6. Liability & Insurance
The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, accident, or injury occurring during the Event. Exhibitors are advised to arrange adequate insurance coverage for goods and staff.
7. Promotion & Publicity
The Organizer may use the Exhibitor’s name, brand, logo, or images of stalls/products for publicity and promotion of the Event. Exhibitors may promote their products/services only within their allotted stall space.
8. Legal Compliance
Exhibitors must comply with all applicable laws, including taxation, GST, licensing, labor laws, and intellectual property rights. Non-compliance may result in cancellation of participation without refund.
9. Amendments
The Organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be communicated as necessary.
10. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from participation in the Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra, India.
